ImoHK, comes at a time of economic and financial readjustment of Portuguese society in general, and of the real estate market as a significant sector of the country.
The ImoHK brand, offers a real guarantee in the business, providing complete services that meet the needs arising from the entire real estate process.
Our business model is based on the minimization of risks and costs through an integrated solutions service, in the process of buying, selling and renting real estate within the family and professional environment.
For this, we have an establishment open to the public, in Algés, where you can expose your pretensions, and where you will undoubtedly find the answer that best fits your needs, always striving for the quality of its services and in his image, counting on a team of professionals to serve him.
Inaugurated in January 2019, but privileging the wide experience that its team has, it embraces a philosophy that bets, essentially, on the quality of the services provided to the client, with methods that minimize the slowness of the processes, always based on transparency and reliability which enable efficient and effective results to be obtained.

ImoHK has a professional team of Credit Intermediaries, authorized by Banco de Portugal, to negotiate the best conditions for its clients. Professionals who are knowledgeable in the market, they propose to advise the best loan solution, as well as to support and make the correct treatment of all the documentation involved, quickly and efficiently.
Buying process:
From the act of reserving the property up to the end of the process, the client has the support of the ImoHK consultants, either as regards advice or the handling of all required documentation, in a timely manner.
Property Rating:
The experience and knowledge of the prices practiced in specific areas make the ImoHK Consultants, by themselves, good market evaluators and good advisers when assigning a sale value to the property, and for free!
